Excellent Customer Service Upon my arrival at the Service Center on Monday, October 27th for routine maintenance of my Toyota Camry, Mario D'Souza greeted me with a smile and wished me good morning. Outstanding customer service My husband and I recently leased a car at Toyota with Nikhil's help. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient even when we were very indecisive. He was never pushy and never rushed us to make any decisions. Even after I signed all the agreements and it was a done deal, he still took the time to show me every single function in my new car!
