Exceptional This is my first time dealing with Erin park Toyota . Though sceptical in the beginning ,I started to feel very comfortable as Mr Wai took the time & effort to listen & explain different options based on my requirements. My experience at this dealership has been more than satisfactory thanks to the great service by Mr.Wai who is very knowledgeable & professional .He has been really helpful. Impressed! Very impressed that everybody helped me was professional, friendly and proactive. All the process from being advised for car, service, delivery, I felt comfortable. Left Impressed I would like to applaud the service I received today from this dealership, specifically from service adviser Helena and Appointment Coordinator Lily (hope I have the spelling right). Both of these ladies went above and beyond their call to resolve a situation I encountered with obtaining a 2nd key for a vehicle. Repairs The reason I go to Erin Park Toyota is due to the great service from Mario D Souza. Mario knows my 2002 Highlander and what is required to keep it in good shape. Always willing to help and listen to my concerns as to what needs to be done. On the odd occasion I have had to return when something was not right but the issue has being corrected promptly. On a other note hats off to the car jockeys who always have a smile early in the morning .
Adeel Saquib's FIRST sold Scion IM Went to the dealership to look into the new Scion IM, Adeel showed up to assist in helping me learn about the features and letting me take it for a drive. He was extremely helpful with all the paperwork and finance information to be able to get the deal done. After signing the paperwork I went back the following week on October 10th to pick up the vehicle.
awesome service erik had a real sense of customer service when he took my car in for service even if i came an hour earlier than my sched appointment. My car was returned to me promptly as promised as i had to go to another shed appointment somewhere. In short i was able to get my car serviced and arrive at my other appointment on time. AWESOME SERVICE!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Great Cusomer Service I always have a great experience whne dealing with Mario. He is efficient and always easy to speak to. He is dillignet in following up and always ensures I understand the nature of the repairs and the costs. My vehicle is ~10yrs old so there are cases where MArio and the team can spot potential trouble spots and give me guidence on potential future repairs so I can plan accordingly. This is definatly appreciated with an older vehicle.
