Excellent,Professional,Friendly and Patient This is the second Truck I've bought from this Dealership and I felt satisfied with the way I was treated in buying the Truck. Nissan makes a fine product and their Service and Warranties are above the rest. Jesse Hughes and all the Sales staff went looking for the Titan Truck I described, brought it in, we ( Wife and I) looked at it, took it for test drive and decided to buy it. Had an amazing buying experience! I met with Stephen and Juliana! Both amazing! I had a a budget and concerns with my credit as I’m working on rebuilding it and they found me exactly what I wanted within my budget! Very patient, understanding, flexible and accommodating to any needs and questions I had! I highly reccomend them for new buyers! I will come back for future purchases!

FANTASTIC Customer Service Always right there with us. Honored the warranties without question, gave great advice, always with a smile. I may be a little bias because I had a previous dealership experience that didn't go so well (clearly viewed me as a bag of money and nothing else), and came from them over to Ericksen. Regardless though, very impressed with the customer service. 10/10 would buy a car from them.

Listening Very respectful process. I felt listened to. Helpful suggestions to guide my choice of vehicle. In the past had purchased two vehicles and experienced very good service. Went to two dealerships prior to this one and was not happy.
