Went in looking for a Titan. All the salespeople were tied up so the GM himself helped me out. Wasn't pushy and was able to workout a great deal. Very happy. Would highly recommend.

I am very disappointed with the dealership. I came into test drive a new Pathfinder.After testing driving the car I saw on the website I was told that the price for that vehicle was higher than what was advertised online due to some extra items. I was given a sheet with the pricing. It had a market price and a your price, both of which had no tie in to the online price. When I initially reached out to them, I clearly stated that my budget was a maximum of $260 biweekly for an 84-month term, with either zero or minimal down payment. I even mentioned that a friend of mine had secured the same model car, a Nissan Rogue SV, for $252 biweekly under the same conditions. Took a look at the reviews. What I see is Ericksen employees are good at sales but the dealership does not stand behind the product if there is a problem. I encountered exactly that when I bought a used vehicle from them. Sales went fine but a problem with AC on second day and they and Nissan Canada stuck heads up bums. Wouldn't shop at Ericksen ever again.
I went in to see the 2018 Mini Countryman they have and I was helped by Rahul, a very nice and friendly person and super respectful. It was time for me to put an offer on this Mini so that’s when sales manager Elias stepped in. It was on a Sunday and so Elias said he’ll see what he can do and will let me know by Monday but I never heard back from him.
