Very poor customer service and a serious lack of integrity!! I purchased a new 2018 Nissan Frontier. Nobody has ever sat in the back seat of my truck but one day, when I was vacuuming the back seat, I noticed that there was a large chunk of foam missing from the front center of the seat. The material covered the seat, so you would not notice it unless you placed your hand over the area and pushed down. I called about a 2022 Qashqai SV on June 18 about noon. the price online on their own website and on kijiji was $32,279.00 I called and they still had it and I asked what the additional fees would be eg tis tax, admin fees etc.as this is for my son and he need to know how much it will actually be. They called me back about 6 hours later and said the additional cost was $10,036 the total for the car is $42315.00 Maybe + GST not sure. It may be included. Vehicle for service for 48 hours mechanic job. Vehicle just park in for 3 weeks done nothing. A month past still nothing. Reason lack of staff. Not recommended look for other service.

The drivers side window was not going down in my 2004 350z. I took it to Ericsson on 101st (where I bought it new) to determine the cause which I paid $125.00 for. The report came back that I would need to pay $1200.00 to replace the window motor which had burnt-out. I decided to wait and get more estimates now that I knew what the problem was. They sold me a 2016 murano that could not be registered because it was from Saskatchewan and did not have an out of province inspection done! I took it back to the dealership and they have had it for 5 days and still no inspection.

Purchased 2021 Rogue. At first it was a good service but after purchasing, it was so hassle. They delivered the vehicle to my place and there’s a chip off on the wind shield, which I have to send it to autoshop to fixed it. Good thing I got to fixed it right away or else it will cost me alot. Also they forgot the important document that I needed to register the vehicle so I have to wait and I have no means of transportation going to work because I traded my old vehicle. Ericksen Nissan sold me a used Nissan Rogue. The first time the vehicle was driven after purchase it was noted that the AC did not function properly. On cold starts, the setting on the thermostat did not match the temperature coming from the vents. The vehicle was taken into Ericksen and they did not diagnose the issue. I live in Vancouver so the vehicle needed to driven out here after that service visit. Came in from out of town to see a used car only to find out that it needs a new engine. What reputable dealership has a vehicle on the lot that needs a new engine. These guys bombarded me and operating like a dirt lot. I wouldn’t refer any of my buddies here.

STAY AWAY, they lie to sell you a vehicle!! Bought a used vehicle and was told that it passed their detailed inspection, and everything was great. We asked about a warranty and was told that there wasn't one, but that if we had any issues within 3-4 weeks after purchase that the dealership stands behind their inspection and that they would want to correct it as they want to make sure the customer is happy.
