I recently took my vehicle in for a routine service. My advisor was Katrina. She made sure I was acknowledged the second she seen me, making me feel welcome. She was very knowledgeable about the service and the extra work that my vehicle required that was found on the inspection. She kept me up to date on all the repairs I had approved. I was very happy to speak with Nicole as she was able to book my vehicle in on the date I requested. Was able to answer all my questions about my next service i was booking for.
I had a great experience at this dealership! MJ and Elias were patient and gave us time to make a decision. We didn’t feel pressured and were reassured that the deal would still be there if we decided to come back. The customer service was much better in comparison to other dealerships. We had some issues with insurance/registration last minute and they really helped us out by bringing the car to my house that same night. Overall great experience and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends/family!
Katrina is amazing. She kept me updated with my trucks repairs and really helped me to understand what was happening. Really hope she is there everytime I go in!
My truck was so broken along with my heart I had no heat basically freezing to death on my way to work the staff was so nice Katrina helped me with getting my repairs lined up and kirk the man who worked on my truck did an amazing job I can't thank you people enough you have my continued business for the fantastic experience I had the staff was amazing ❤and the repairs were top notch. Best car buying experience, Mat and Elias both welcomed me at the door and introduced me to Sufean who helped me pick Qashqai I wanted ,it was so amazing no pressure at all just simply old fashioned friendly environment, finance office explained everything clearly, I would recommend Ericksen Nissan to all my friends and family,once again thank you Ericksen Nissan for such a positive experience.
