Pleasant, courteous, promptly Appointment for recall was made well in advance. Upon arrival at Ens, all info and requirements were accurately recorded. Two small additions to service were requested and accommodated. The loaner vehicle provided served well. My vehicle was returned clean and we were able to return home, 300 km in a reasonable time. Staff were courteous

Excellent I was promptly greeted in a friendly professional manner by the service rep. My Lexus NX was brought in to have the windshield repaired. The reception area and service bays were very clean and organized. I waited about an hour in the tv/lounge area. I had a coffee, watched the news and sports, and visited with the sales person who sold me the NX. The car was washed, vacumned and the windshield repaired.

Excellence at its best! Always accommodating. Service is above and beyond and they never do anything more than initially agreed unless they contact you first and explain it all thoroughly. My vehicle is returned to me showroom clean, a very pleasant experience. Will return again and again and refer to them regularly.

Service excellence I met first with Michael Sutherland based on being referred to Michael by a long time friend. Michael referred me to Ron Mack, Product Advisor, who was very helpful, including providing the service record for the RX350, which very helpful information.
