The service was great, the loaner was in great shape and on time for completing the work. Dealt with Derrick I believe. My car was very clean when returned.
No high pressure sales This is our first Lexus. The sales experience was very good ! No pressure. Cory and Michel were easy to work with. We have only had the RX 450H for a few days but are enjoying it !
Excellent Great service. Details of what will be done was well explained to me before service. Also detailed explanation what was actually done and pertinent observation that technician found was reviewed. SUV was cleaned both inside and outside. very personable advisor.Would recommend having service done here to others.
