Exceptional care and service Always provide exceptional service and give information in regards to what is and needs to be done. My vehicle comes back showroom clean every time. Winter tires Smooth easy scheduling. I needed to change the timing of my drop off and Kim adjusted and sent me an email confirmation right away. The service desk at this dealership is all about service and communication. Great to deal with.

New winter tire installation I recently had new winter tires and rims installed on my RX350. I was in and out of the garage in about two hours. In addition my vehicle was washed while I enjoyed coffee in the Lounge! Staff were friendly and with the tire purchase they matched Costco prices.

Great service; good product I find the service persons at Ens Lexus to be very efficient, considerate & proactive. I am not as happy w the model of Lexus that I have - an NX 200T , 2015. The ergonomics of the car are not ideal - head room is cramped due to roof slope, rear view mirror is small also for style reasons & there are other smaller disappointments. I would not buy this model again.
Great staff and service in a spotless environment! Friendly, efficient, excellent attention to detail to customer experience and satisfaction; dealerships provides complimentary carwash and and includes additional complimentary service (e.g. windshield wiper blade, or fob battery replacement).
