Outstanding service at Ens LEXUS I am wonderfully impressed with the sales manager Michael and the staff, Jeff, Darren and Stephanie. My questions were answered thoroughly and with honesty. I always felt valued as a customer and supported as I considered a number of options including repairing my old vehicle, purchasing used, leasing or financing new. I am glad that I took my time and I highly recommend this dealership.
ENS Toyota Service send me this link to send my review of my last visit there. My appointment with the service was on May 26, 2025 at 7:30am to fix my Toyota RAV4 Hatch Back, which do not open. Earlier I paid for their diagnosis fee. Their diagnosis was they can fix this problem to operate the hatch back door by either manually or automatic operation. Poor! I called 2 days earlier and was told by service writer that we had 2 free oil changes left on our extended warranty and that this one would definitely be covered after the oil change they informed me that it had expired last month. He was looking at our file when I was talking to him on the phone. There is as 132.00 dollars gone. Pissed right off and will probably never go back there.
Service center could take your all your money!! Well, recently I changed my transmission and rear+front differential fluids from them. While I was talking with them over the phone a week ago before the service date, they told they will charge $225 for transmission fluid, and $50 dollars for the rear differential fluid. The guy over the phone did not mention about the front differential fluid. But when I took my car they said they will do the front differential fluid as well. NOT HAPPY! I have been with different premium dealers in Saskatoon and only in Lexus that I experienced this kind of treatment. We felt unwelcome and humiliated. If i can only return the car that I bougth and get from the different dealer I would deffinitely do it without hesitation. I should have purchased the Vokswagen, the Sales agent is way much better and the treatment is nothing compared to Lexus. Way too expensive The service was ok but way too expensive, 233 dollars to change oil and air filter??? Probably will not use again. Was not pleased when I found out I was paying 40 dollars for a paper air filter.
