Terrible customer service at the service department, they never answer the phone, hours of wait time. They are always so busy that summer tires change from winter tires gets done by the time winter arrives. Pathetic
I leased a Toyota Crown Signia 2025 three months ago and was surprised to learn it doesn’t come with a spare tire. When I asked the dealership, they reassured me that Toyota Roadside Assistance would cover any emergencies. Unfortunately, when I experienced a flat tire recently, I contacted Toyota Roadside Assistance and waited on the phone for about an hour. I take my car to this agency for service for the last two years. My car was under extended warranty and I got a nail in one of the vehicle's tire. I got it changed and claimed warranty. I followed up and enquired with them for two months without any firm response. I am still unaware of the expected out come.
Worst customer service. Worst management. Not recommended at all. Stay away from them. Managers not helpful at all.
Try to call to order the part but nobody answered. Had to go there to order and they promised to call when part get there. Nobody called then I tried to call them but again nobody answered. If possible I would give them zero stars.
Poor customer services. Ordered a car from them and they don’t even respond back. Talk about customer service. Take your deposit and never respond. I hope this gravy train dies down and they are begging for customers again. People will remember. Customer service 101. Keep your clients informed and updated on a monthly cadence.

We purchased the 2022 Limited Toyota Highlander. We purchased it in February 2022 and was told it was going to come in April 2022. We sold our car (2005 Toyota Corolla) as we were never given any indication that the car was delayed. We then called in April and was told the car was not coming in till June.
