Consistently good I have been coming here for years because Erin Park Toyota was so terrible. Dixie Toyouta has a dedicated maintenance bay, so regular scheduled maintenance is always fast. They have always been helpful with any issues I have had and try to repair things rather than just selling me new parts. Staff is friendly and competent. I recently tried the detailing service. Really good service! I'm a happy customer! I would recommend this dealership and the agent, Ivan, that we were dealing with. There was no "pressure" to purchase a vehicle. When I asked for specific information on the vehicle, he was more than happy to get the information if he didn't have it readily available. He was very down to Earth and honest. High Charge for Service My 2015 RAV4 with 31,860 km on it had complete service which normally cost $165. The service department charged me $340; they said the brakes are dirty and out of alignment. They changed brake kid ($4 parts) and they charged additional labor charge $151. Total labor charge was $270 for less than 1 hr. I sent feedback to Toyota Dixie about this high charge and waiting for reply.
