Bad and ugly experience I went to this dealership to purchase a Camry, spoke to the sales man who is sitting at the right side of the front door, he asked me if I work?, then "OK lets sign the deal". he got mad when i asked him for a test drive, I wanted to purchase the 2019, he said "oh I don't know when they are coming" I waited over 10 minutes outside the dealership waiting for him to get the dealer plate then I have left. DO NOT go to this dealer for service s. I really wash that I could give Dixie Toyota a 5 stars rating, but I have to downgrade it to 1 start. I went there for a 42000km service for my RAV4. The sales person pushed the sale by recommending a transmission fluid change. Among all the 6 Toyota dealers I have ever visited for services of all my Toyota cars, this is the only one pushed to sale something in addition to the regular service. Terrible Customer Service. My partner and I went into Dixie Toyota for a test drive. Unfortunately we had Frank Serrao as our sales rep. After I told him we needed some time to think about the car, he lost his temper and yelled at us and my family!! So we immediately left the dealership. Extremely unprofessional!! Dixie Toyota really needs to improve their customer service. It baffles me how Frank Serrao still works there.

Beware of Dixie Toyota Everybody over here is a conmen. David GM doesn't care if you have an issue with your vehicle or his staff his staple line is I quote we are high volume dealer. Everybody over here is dishonest. Don't buy from here, there are many other dealer around.
"Horrible Experience" I bought a brand new Corolla, on inspection there were imperfections in paints & felt like it was a perowned car....... Sales are done on basis of dishonesty.
Total ripoffs I went to Dixie Toyota for my 2010 Corolla. I was having ECU problem with it. I met this Service Consultant named SARAH who is totally unprofessional, liar and thinks she has every right to say anything without verifying it. They diagnosed it and said I need new ECU. I asked them for the factory warranty on ECU. SARA said its 5 years, but I knew it was 96 months.
