Excellent Services In general I had a great experience with Dixie Toyota, but in particular with Mr Saif Sheikh the sale and lease representative, who worked with me in finding the best deal on a Toyota Highlander, was very friendly and courteous. Dixie Toyota, a dealership to be proud of Just alone this year I have promoted Dixie Toyota to my friends leading to 3 new car sales that all service at this dealership. They are fast and courteous and prices are way lower than going to third party exp. Mr. Lube etc. that use non original parts . Nice thing is they always tell you if something is wrong and what needs to be looked at in the future. Been going here for years. Had a sensor malfunction. Quoted me 6hrs of labour. Finished in 45 min but charged me for 6hrs. Used to be good. Bunch of crooks now. Never going back.
Bad service department experience. Was told how they did their billing based on actual time versus predetermined book pricing by job. Spent a long time on the phone before booking my service appointment. Was made to feel satisfied that I wouldn’t get billed for the predetermined book time if the job was completed sooner. I just had a bad experience at Dixie Toyota. I’m very disappointed after sharing my dissatisfaction with my service department experience that no one from management followed up with me. That is the reason I am taking time to share my experiences.. I purchased new running boards and a hood deflector for my Rav 4.
