Bad, they post false info online I found a RAV 4 online and the Free Car proof was clean but when i contacted them and scheduled an appointment they showed me a different car proof that has a claim for over 8 thousand dollars for a damage on the front left corner of the car. Bottom line, they would lie to you to bring you in and waste your time just like they wasted mine
Not the place you want to waste your time My advice never buy from them and never take your car there for service .Especially if you just go there for under warranty repairs or diagnostics .Had bad experience twice in two weeks and funny part is they havn't even looked at the car yet.Went in with appointment and came back hour and fifteen minutes later feeling they made fool of me all that time i am thinking they will be working on my car but in fact vehicle was taken outside of the garage and parked there .Don't beleive it ... read more
Dissatisfied Service My husband and pre ordered a 2017 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro back in December expecting our vehicle to arrive by early March along with the rest of the 1st allocation of this specific off-roading model. Service Department is a Fail! Our 2 year old RAV4 with 13,485km on it had some ticking noise when braking. The service department charged us $416.18 for NEW ROTORS to take care of the "problem". It was just some surface rust because we were on vacation for 3 weeks. If I was there I would blown a gasket. Going to check with Toyota Canada about this ridiculous charge.
Money Grab I came to get servicing for my car and primary concern was there were some warning lights on my dashboard probably caused by a flat that I had a little while ago.
