Purchase of 2018 Nissan Rouge SV We purchased our Rouge in April 2018. Our experience from the front door in was excellent and fun. Eric Anderson met us at the door and continued to guide us through to the end of our purchase. He is very knowledge, courteous and all around great guy. Answered all our questions & gave us options to consider. Steve Taylor added his expertise to the transaction and Jamey Paul guided us through the financial part.. Would definitely recommend this dealership and staff.

Excellent Service Thank you to Eric Anderson (Product Advisor) and Dion (Manager) for helping us with our car purchase. The service was professional: attentive, knowledgeable, patient, respectful and courteous. They spent the time needed with us. We did not feel rushed or pressured. They helped make the overall discussion session and ultimate purchase decision a good experience.

New car purchase I purchased my new 2016 Nissan Rogue (demo) from Crown Nissan. The experience was excellent. I am a difficult car buyer at best--15 years of driving Toyota and I was skeptical of trying anything else. Rob (Sales), Jamie (finance), and Steve (manager) were all incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The car is perfect and I could not have asked for a better experience.

New Rouge We recently stopped by to look at a new Rouge to compare it to our Rav4. Reuel was very helpful and we didn't feel pressured at any time. After a test drive it was obvious the ride was better and the seats were more comfortable. Before the Rav4 we purchased a Nissan Altima from Crown. We were always treated very well so it was natural to see them first. Crown made us very good deal so we traded up to the Rouge. Very happy with the purchase. 24,000 Km service and purchase/install 4 snow tires I took my 2016 Nissan Rogue SL AWD in for service and to buy snow tires. I really appreciated the service advisor, Chante Fuller, telling me the air and cabin filter, which are usually replaced at 24,000 Kms would be okay until the next service. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Crown Nissan and have always had their service department look after them. Russ Johnson and his staff have always been friendly and very easy to deal with. Excellent salesperson I recently bought a vehicle from Crown Nissan my sales person was Eric Anderson excellent salesperson took the time to find a vehicle that was suitable for myself and that met my requirements. Searched vehicles that were online and those that were not yet online. Just bought a car from Johnny Phrakonkham Just bought my new Altima off of Johnny Phrakonham.. And he was awesome to deal with.. Best vehicle purchase experience I just purchased a new Murano from Crown Nissan. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and this was the best purchase experience I have encountered. Great New Frontier Buying Experience I just purchased a new Frontier through Eric Anderson at Crown Nissan. He worked hard on the process without high pressure, which was refreshing. He was knowledgeable and attentive to our wants and needs. He went the extra mile to help me get the truck ready as a 50th Birthday present for my husband and added a little extra CFL football signed by some local players! Thanks Eric!
