I was having a terrible Monday morning that ended by dropping my keys between the seat and the consul. I could not get them out. So, I stopped by the service department - no appointment - and was met by Russ. He helped me immediately, ensured I had a cup of coffee and 20 minutes later I had my keys in hand. Russ was professional, friendly, courteous. His very positive service response turned my whole day around. It made me wish I had more business to do there. Thank you!
I know Joel did everything in his power to provide me a good service and pick up my car as soon as possible and I am very thankful for that. He answered all my questions and explained me all the car features, he knows what he’s doing!
