I just recently purchased a vehicle at Crown Nissan and I was very pleased with how well I was treated by everyone at the dealership especially Joel. They gave me more than I excepted for my trade, they fixed a small problem with my new vehicle and when it was delivered to me it was spotless. Outstanding all the way. It will be my new place to shop for any new purchases.
When I first met MO, I could truly feel his kindness and professionalism. He handled things quickly without anxiety while signing a contract, and even on the day I took over the car, he showed me such kindness that he even took me to the insurance office himself. I just want to say thank you again.

I was having a terrible Monday morning that ended by dropping my keys between the seat and the consul. I could not get them out. So, I stopped by the service department - no appointment - and was met by Russ. He helped me immediately, ensured I had a cup of coffee and 20 minutes later I had my keys in hand. Russ was professional, friendly, courteous. His very positive service response turned my whole day around. It made me wish I had more business to do there. Thank you!
