Positive experience in the Service Department. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about what our service requirements were. The service was completed in the appropriate time frame and we left the dealership just over an hour after our appointment time.

Son needs a Vehicle Recently our Son Shawn who is going to SAIT needed to get out of his expensive 2015 Truck and into a more affordable and fuel efficient vehicle. He had visited a few other dealerships however they just did not want to help him. Excellent Customer Service! Bought a used 2011 Nissan Xterra from Ashley. The radio stopped working as soon as we tried to drive off the lot but Ashley, from sales, and Noli, from service, both were exceptional at getting things sorted out for me. I am very glad I went to them to purchase this vehicle even if it's not a Toyota.

Excellent Service with Courteous Staff I recently purchased a 2016 Venza through Canyon Creek Toyota and received excellent service through Helen with the sales staff and also through the service centre. I had an issue with my windshield making a slight rattling noise when going over bumps and it really started to bother me with a brand new vehicle. We have the perfect SUV We've just spent our first month in our 2016 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid that we leased from Canyon Creek Toyota. Where to begin... how about almost 800 km on a tank of fuel or how about that this RAV4 hybrid cost less to lease than a non-hybrid RAV4 or how about that the team at Canyon Creek made it so amazingly easy to get into this RAV that I almost can't remember signing the paperwork.
