Excellent Service I have had excellent service at Cambridge Toyota. From the time we purchased our used Camry we could not have asked for a better sales rep than John Turco. He followed up with us after we purchased the car to make sure we were happy with the car and if we were having any problems. We recently purchased and had snow tires installed at the dealership and the service was excellent. We would definitely recommend Cambridge Toyota.
The Service and Parts Department at this dealer ship is exceptional.. Great Service. The only drawback is that AMX is not accepted as a form of payment. Dennis in the PArts department is Exceptional.. He is always eager to help and do what is best for the customer while maintaining the Toyota Mission of Good service. Avoid Doing Your Auto Service Work at Cambridge Toyota On April 4, 2026, I had my vehicle 2020 Camry to Cambridge Toyota to do maintenance service #2. Just bought a 2017 Toyota Sienna. Dealing with Kam in the used car department was great. Dealing with Lincoln Young was also very good. The issue I have is with the detailing which was supposed to have happened before I received my vehicle. My wife and I could see that a rush job had been done and that there were many areas which were neglected. The windows were all streaky and there were hand prints in the back section.
