My experience. Going to buy my first car was worrisome, I had a lot of unanswered questions. But with the help from Alex B none of my questions were left unanswered. His friendly personality made me feel comfortable to ask any questions I had. My first Toyota Was greeted at the door on my first visit and every time I went in there was a smiling face. Never felt pressured to buy, test drove a Tundra, brought it home to show my family and didn't feel rushed during the entire process. John Toyotaman Turco is the man to see. When we purchased our Toyota Rav4 ....John was very thorough and patient with us. He took his time to show us everything ...inside and outside the vehicle. Customer Service at its finest! I was referred to Cambridge Toyota through colleagues at work. John drew the short straw that day. From start to finish the buying process was quick, efficient, and super easy. At one point John was actually running to get things done! He did not try to upsell me on useless services and accessories that I didn't want and was very knowledgeable on the product (gave me a personal tutorial on the vehicle's features and electronics.)
