The worst customer service I have ever experienced. From calling numerous times and leaving voicemails and having no one respond. DO NOT USE CAMBRIDGE TOYOTA. Go to Kitchener or Brantford!
During service, without prior discussion with me, a large amount of perfumed foam was sprayed into the air ducts of my car. I have a sensitivity to fragrances, and at the level applied to my vehicle this causes headaches, nausea and hives (rash). When brought to their attention they advised they had no solution and I’d just have to wait for dissipation. Worst customer service ever. I don't recommend anyone coming and should stay away if you can. Booked an appointment on 12:30pm afternoon for service and they mentioned it would be done by 2:30pm. Came in on 2pm and never started my service at all and said I would have to wait another 2 hours until 4:30pm. I decided to take my car back and take my business else where. My wife and I just purchased a used truck from salesman Kam. Good service on the sale, but pick was awful. We were advised on arrival we had to pay more for licensing. He had our contact info but never called to advise. We already spent a lot of money. I didn’t want to pay another 100 dollars. This is something they should know. We were told the truck would be cleaned up. There were dirty napkins in the cup holder. There were rust spots on the fender. Again we were told those would be repaired. The spots are still there! Horrible ignorant and rude human working here. From start to finish he’s been nothing but a nightmare. I would really recommending anyone staying away from Robert Turco, and this Dealership altogether. Thanks.
POOR SREVICE ADMIN Three times I have had appointments for service and three times I have left without anything done. Appointment times mean nothing to this service dept. And to top it off I was lied to by the person making the appointment

The First Bad Experience with Toyota Cambridge! I did all the maintenance that was required for my Tundra 2010 at the dealership. So far everything was fine until the dealer replaced the winter tires . After a while I heard some sort of noise that sounds like a washing machine. I checked everything. When I checked the wheels, the bolts were unscrewed so much that they were almost off completely. Slow service. Employee was rude on phone when inquiring about appointment. Oil change and fluid check took two hours. No Reason was given for the delay. Car was washed. Poorly. I'll be going elsewhere in the future.
