Very poor costomer servise I was buy a used camry car It wasn’t inspect properly after a week of percest air leaking from tyre Then i check there is crack on rim Befor i percased they said bumper to bumper warranty any problem we will fixed but when go fir find the solution for the rim no one care about this and still they ask money to fixet it i was tatatly disappoited with this sales rep and dealership I never ever refer anyone and no more bussiness with this dealarsgip

Untrustworthy and dishonest Bought a used car from them. Took it back for a defect. Failed to take responsibility. Basically calling me a liar. Claimed that a pot hole caused the damage or someone hit me when nothing of the sort happened. Even before putting the vehicle up on the hoist they seem to know what was wrong. Quoted me a lot to fix without properly inspecting. Will never recommend anyone there or ever do any business there again.

very bad quality work i came here to change my brakes-was told rotors also damaged and needed to be changed-within a week again squealing sound-took it back to them.was told as these are new brakes and new rotors it takes time to set-Noise kept on increasing.After 8 months took it to Don Valley north Toyota and was told brakes and rotors need to be changed-Argued with Donvalley north Toyota that it was just changed at Brimell- they asked me to take it up with Brimell again-Never going back again to Brimell Recently met anoth... read more

Worst Customer Service ever Really guys you need to pay more attention to customers after all without customers you would have no business. Pay attention TO YOUR CUSTOMER NEEDS and don't treat them like you don't care pls.

Horrible Do not trust this dealership ! They fixed my car and less than in year it fell apart again while I was driving on the highway. (2011 bmw 535i). I called them and they said they are no longer responsible because it's been several months! If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Horrible horrible... stay far away!!!

Not recommended Car was rear ended: three dents but only two were fixed...the third was waxed and said it was acceptable in a lease return although you can see it from the road: won't be buying this car at lease end. Big waste of time for a 3 day repair. They cleaned the car well but it didn't distract us as to why body shop repairs were needed. Amateur and rude. Not impressed whatsoever.

Very bad service I bought Toyota RAV 4 2016 at Brimell Toyota. After 3 month squeezing sound started when I push the break. I brought my car 3 times to Toyota service and they always promise me to fix it. I lost 3 days at work and I paid money as well. However, next day the sound was the same again. I asked to change my break pads because this noise came from them. They said that they can't change my pads , which cost $300 because my car is on the warranty. Bad customer service and ripped off I took my car in for tire change. I was asked if I was waiting around for my car (I was), and was told that it would be 2 hours - fine they were busy so 2 hours was not too long to wait. Two hours rolled around and noone came to tell me my car was ready, two and half hours - still nothing, at the three hour mark I went back into their reception area to ask when my car was ready. Total rip-off Service advisers pushed me for many extra, unnecessary services. Didn't even give rationales when asked. Never explain the status of the vehicle upon pick-up. Switched to another dealership which seemed to be more honest.
