Good quality I had been at Brimell twice. Both times the job was done right and I'm happy with a quality. First time (a year ago) it was a complex repair of the steering and suspension. Two previous attempts at different shops was not that successful. The last time I came for the coolant flush/replacement. All was done well but took a bit longer than advertised.

Upon my arrival at Brimell Toyota I was warmly greeted by a smiling man who's name is Jasbir Chauhan. He was patient and kind and when I explained to him my predicament (my car had recently ceased to work and the repair costs were too high for the age of the vehicle) he immediately helped me by showing me vehicles that were in my price range. Wonderful Staff very helpful. Never been disappointed and if you are they won't ask for any extra money and fix the problem right away this is what a dealership should do. They know how to do business. Great place to do bussiness

Right after bringing my car in for an airbag recall on June 18th, 2024, I noticed fresh scratches and a chip down to the bare metal on the driver’s side mirror. These marks were clearly not there before, which is confirmed by the photos taken by the dealership prior to service. Based on the location and type of damage, I suspect it may have been caused by a tool, jack handle, or contact with a hoist while the door was open during servicing. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Brimell Toyota while trying to purchase a 2025 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium Hybrid. My sales representative, Mr. Koku, was unprofessional, unresponsive, and dismissive throughout the entire process, making it one of the worst car-buying experiences I've ever had.

I purchased a brand new RAV4 from Brimell Toyota, the salesman (Rakxxxx) provided me with false information about the trim's features. Therefore, I was not satisfied when I received my vehicle with less features than I've expected. The dealer refused to correct the salesman's mistake or even compensate me for the error.

Do not purchase a car from here. I purchased a 2023 rav4 and it stopped in the middle of the highway and would not start. We went to the dealership and they did not take it seriously as a safety issue. We spoke with Ivan Djordjevic, who lost his patience quickly. He condescendingly told us that “you look surprised that the car broke after the first month. It can happen but what do you want from me. It’s not a safety concern because you were in traffic”. Very bad experience trying to buy a used RAV4. After agreeing on a price with manager Brandon, salesperson Claudette Flowers gave us the run around for a week with every excuse to delay us closing the deal and wouldn’t confirm in writing any of the promises she made us. Clearly trying to bate and switch, or just sell to someone else at a higher price. Stay far away from this dealership.

Very Bad Experience for my first Oil/Oil filter change. Regretted getting that ECP from them, had I known their service is like this, I would have decline it. No Integrity from them. None. Please don't deceive people that you did the list of things you checked or did to customers vehicles when in Fact you DID NOT. what a SHAME. again No Integrity. I was there literally looking at this technician when he did not even look at those lists.
