If there was a cero star, I would rate my experience as such!! I went for a recall (fuel pump replacement) Mr Rajendra Dannie (received my car and told me it was going to be done, never mentioned anything about toddler seats..).. when I got the car back They told me they could not replace it, because I had toddler seats.. I have never written reviews until now. Such a disappointment. Bought used Rav4 less than 2 years ago from Brimell and supposed to be Toyota certified. Barely any mileage on vehicle so went in for oil change and rustproof check appt and I asked for maintenance service because I wanted brake checked and knew that tire rotation as included. Trading in personal car for a company vehicle Traded in my STi for a Tacoma and got a decent deal out of it. However, service is subpar and little to 0 communication on all levels. Buying a vehicle is already stressful enough, having to take time out of your work to sort out stuff that could've been avoided makes it worse. Without getting into too much detail, I would steer clear from this place if you are a business owner looking to buy vehicles for your fleet.

My mother in law purchased a corolla from this dealer ship and time to time has it serviced there they told her that she needs front brakes car has almost 40 thousand Kms she told me that the service advisor told her she needs new brakes I checked her brakes there still like new . She was told she need pads and rotors the cost would be $560 . Then she told me last time she was there that they did a wheel alignment . Bad experience I'm a first time car owner and buyer. So i don't really know how the process goes. Worst experience in my life of buying a new car The worst experience of buying a new car. I was called at 4 pm to pick up the new a car. Till 6 pm the staff members were giving excuses not attending to me. The paper work started well after 6 pm. The staff member was very rude to say the least. There is no system is place. One staff member deals with 3 to 4 customers at the same time and keep all of them guessing as to when they will get attention.

changing winter tires I recently went to Brimell Toyota to change the winter tires on my Prius. They did not check the tire pressure after they changed the tires. My tire pressure indicator light went on the very next day. All 4 tires were under inflated. They just gave me back my car without filling air to my tires.

Liar Liar Pants on Fire This is my closest dealership to the office and for 2 years I regularly struggled to get basic customer service. Always waiting. Always late. Missed pickups. Could never solve warranty issues. But the final kicker was when I brought my vehicle again in for warranty and maintenance service which required them to road test to diagnose.
