Love the staff here! From the purchase of our 2 cars, to the service centre I love this place! Always going above and beyond. I never feel like I'm being sold something I don't need, and they are always doing little things to make sure I'm happy. It's well out of my way to get my car seviced here, but it's totaly worth it!
Took the time to understand my needs. I appreciated my recent experience of leasing a new vehicle at Birchwood Nissan. Colton took the time to help me choose the vehicle I wanted. We test drove more than one so I could make a comparison. I felt he genuinely cared that I made the best decision for myself. Highly recommend.
Stall on Portage Avene Joe Moore was the very best! As a person with very little mechanical experience, I felt comfortable that my vehicle was in good hands. He called & kept me updated as work progressed on my X-Trail & the cost. No surprises! He was awesome!
Service The oil change and service was fast and friendly, and there's a comfortable place to sit and wait, and watch TV if you wish.

Great sales people Recommended Birchwood auto group always have a great experience. Bought my 2011 Silverado in 2010 and just help my mother in law purchase her 2019 Nissan qashqia. I always suggest Birchwood to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
