Love my new QX50 I have had a few Infiniti's in my time, 2012 G37xS, 2014 Q50s 3.7L, 2016 Q50 3Ltt, and of course my newest baby, the QX50 Sensory fully loaded! The service and support is great, Joe is great, Kory helps me out whenever i have questions, Mark from sales was very informative and answered all my questions throughout the sales cycle, and of course the service staff are excellent as well, notably Chris Wentz and Vince Campbell they always take great care of my car.
Best dealership As a retired couple we have had a fair number of vehicles in our history from several makes of vehicles and many dealerships in Brandon, Portage and Winnipeg. Many experiences have been stressful and services unreliable. Since we have been dealing with Nissan things have been so positive that our last three purchases have been from the Birchwood Nissan location and all future purchases will be as well. Their staff are always so helpful and pleasant. Thanks to you all.

Wonderful experience I am so pleased with my new Nissan Rogue. Our salesman, Marlon, was just excellent and was able to recommend a vehicle that exactly met our needs. The Service Department is also excellent. This is the way a dealership should deal with its customers. We are just so happy all the way around!
Purchase and follow up. Recently purchased a new Rogue. Excellent service from sales staff, Dan, and Manager, Nick. Very professional and understanding of our needs. Follow up appointment with service department also very seamless. Staff polite and courteous.
