Another Excellent Customer Service Experience @ Birchwood In Once again, Kory, Carly and The Service Department did an Excellent Job on my QX70r. Kory never fails to make you feel like the Most Important Customer ever. Great vehicle shopping experience, I walked into the dealership after chatting on line with one of the sales staff, expecting to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. I returned a couple of days later and drove home a brand new Rogue. I have had many comments and envious stares sent my way. The Lord is good.
