I had bought my first nissian through Birchwood a year and a half ago and had a great experience. That same car was written off a month ago & they staff at birchwood seamlessly had me in a new nissian and figured out all the GAP insurance etc. Great experience- both times!

Professional,Respectful and Approachable group of individuals..i had issues with a repair that was done a few times prior to warranty expiring. Went in for a safety recall. Alan was very pleasant and made the entire experience very easy. They discovered a squirrel nest being started and he had lots of helpful advice for me to do at home to stop any further problems.
