I rec’d a recall email that my air bag needed service as metal pieces could be dangerous if deployed. I arranged for this to be done, & rec’d a call that I required new tires. I did not take it in for tires, & could not get a response from Lance why the icon was lit up on my dash for new tires. Not sure my air bags were looked at. I rec’d an estimate for new tires with my receipt. Looks like all buyers of cars have good evaluations, but not for service.

I had my car Toyota Corolla 2020. I called to book my service for third time. While you are doing your oil change, they can change your tire for free. And they offer to the customers of the option to leave your lug nut at the dealer so when you come for your next visit they can give to you. They lost my lug nut, and when I asked to to the guys who work at the front desk he was getting upset and start throwing at me. The supervisor come to solve the problem and he paid. terrible service and customer care Came in for a a/c diagnosis, quoted 1/2hr labour. Came in, gave the Venza to valet got a number and went inside Shane manes the service advisor was calling out next, next not the numbers provided, 45 min later after throwing away my ticket since people arriving 1/2 hr after me got called up I stood at TH.e counter and waited. Poor inspection service reporting Bel Air needs to improve their follow-up service reporting. on inspections. I took my vehicle to Bel Air for a regular scheduled servicing, which includes a number of inspections. Two issues about the quality of Bel Air's reporting on inspections. First, neither the paper sheet nor the service representative were able to tell me the state of the items (ie. brakes) inspected, other than a verbal response when asked that "they must be OK". Buyer Beware Bought a used car, had it inspected it had a chip in the windshield I was told by the inspecting mechanic it needed to be replaced. The dealer had the chip filled, saying that their auto glass shop (outside person) recommended a fill over a replacement. When I bought the vehicle it was implied that if the chip failed that the windshield would be replaced, the dealer went as far to offer a story where another customer found a defect and got reimbursed for a different part. Product and service complaint My 2012 Lexus Rx 350 I purchased new at Belair Lexus, Ottawa on 24 August 2012 is rapidly falling apart. So far Belair Lexus has done a brake service at 25 000km, a full front pads and disk replacement at 39 000km, and the two rear shocks absorbers replacement at 31 000km. During last service I was informed that the exhaust and pipes have to be replaced. I had to pay for all of these services and parts even if the car has less that 40 000km. Bigginers 4 times I took my Camry for a transmission broblem witch was still under factory warranty and they couldn't figure the broblem until I took it to mr transmission then he wrote the diagnose for me on a piece of paper tha I gave them . Guess what !!! The car is back to the same problem after 3 months . When I called them they said Their warranty is for 3 months only .they don't honor their rookie jobs what a shame that's a dealer for you . Don't go there they only know how to change oil

Be ready for rudeness, insults and for being deceived Complaint Description: Bel-Air Toyota is being deceiving. They did not do the sliding door repair properly and Manager was rude and insulting.
