Enjoyable car purchase experience Ken Elford greeted us upon entering the dealership as we were interested in either a nearly new Highlander or a new Rav4. Ken was very knowledgeable about both and after a test drive, the decision was an easy one to make. Ken had a relaxed approach, which we most appreciated and was very thorough in demonstrating all of the features of the car upon pick up. Overall, excellent experience.

New Tacoma and RAV4 We were in the market for a used car to replace my 13 year old car. We chose Bel Air Toyota because our son purchased his Camry there and recommended that we start our search there. New car purchase We recently visited Bel Air Toyota, as we were in the market to purchase our 5th Toyota Camry (trading approx. every 8 years on average) from this dealership. Purchase of new car I made an appointment with Marc Bourbonnais at Belair to review a Loyalty form that I received in the mail and the discounts I could receive for buying a new car and trading in my old car. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked through the door and my appointment was on time. Marc was very helpful and did not pressure me into to buying a new car. great dealership Robert Soares is an excellent salesperson. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He clearly explained the differences between models and options and saw to our comfort. He was always on time and very attentive. Robert left no question unanswered. I highly recommend him and the team at Bel-Air Toyota.This was my fourth car purchase here and I've had my vehicles serviced here for at least 35 years.
