I came in this morning for service on my 2010 Rav4.The dealer usualy opens his doors at 8AM,but mr.Antoine open the door for me at 7:50 and he told me to grab a seat.We checked what had to be done on the truck.I only needed a maintnance that was 115$ plus tax.That was a great price! it took them about one hour to do the job and at 9am i was back on the road heading home. The service was fast and the job was perfecly done,i truly recomend any toyota owner to go at Bel-Air Lexus Toyota.

He got back to me shortly after with the promise he would look into it, and he did. He called me the next day. He agreed that there had been a series of miscommunications and asked me what he could do to rectify the situation, because he "doesn't lose customers". I bought a used Titan with a knocking engine that I only heard after leaving the dealer with beside a wall at a drive threw, Need major engine repairs, called back the dealer and they refuse to help.. Management sucks there.

I give Belair Toyota a rating of 0 but it is not possible on the scale provided. Feb 24, 2025 I had the first oil change on my brand new corolla cross done at Belair Toyota. The technician did not put the drain plug on the oil pan correctly. Almost all the oil leaked all over my garage floor. I discovered the problem March 10 and I had to have my car towed to Belair March 11. Initially I spoke with Josianne Parent the General Manager she reassured me my car would be ok and was helpful. Sales manager Marc Durocher was pure evil to me. Here is my story. I tried buying new corolla cash price and was told the wait is up to 18 months. I placed $500 deposit and waited. My old car broke and new car is not coming for another year so I needed another car. I called dealer ahead of time to speak with my sales guy named Khan and I was transferred to his desk with no answer. J'ai acheté ma voiture cette semaine et il y avait une erreur au niveau de mon adresse. L'erreur venait du service de permis. J'étais stressé à propos de ça, au lieu de me reconforter, l'agent du service de vente me blame parce que j'ai dit qu'ils auraient dû verifier l'adresse avant de sortir du service de permis. Mon expérience a été très amère chez Bel-Air Toyota. Si je savais que le service client était aussi mauvais après la vente du vehicules, je n'allais jamais partir là-bas.

My muffler was making a clanging noise after a trailer hitch was installed, at another business, when I was out-of-town.. I wasn't worried about this problem, because I had an appointment for routine maintenance of my car only a few weeks later at Bel-Air Toyota. I bought my 2003 Toyota Corolla LE from this dealer and after 16 years it's about time to replace it with a brand new Toyota Corolla. So, I went back there in June 2019 to surely buy a new car,. I am happy to report that I was able to resolve the issue with the Service Manager of Bel-Air Toyota. It took some time but in the end I do appreciate the effort put fourth and felt like a valued customer. After a regular maintenance service I was told that there were additional problems with my vehicle. After reviewing the options over the phone I decided to address only a few of the problems found however, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I discovered they went ahead and completed work that I had not authorized.
