Horrible customer care Truck is a year old and has had to be in service centre 3x. All I asked for was a complimentary oil change and was denied! $50 cost them a potential life long customer. I will not be back
Gone Downhill Bought three Titans here service was pretty good till new service manager took over. When tires wore out on last titan this service manager and the parts department could not find any tire that fit, bf Goodrich stopped making them. Tried to sell me load range E when the truck calls for p metric size They said cant help .Went to Orillia Nissan the found tires for me .There is also other issues charging for changing brake fluid when they are only testing it for 140 dollars and so on. Nissan Micra is a garbage car that I bought at a garbage dealership. I would not recomend the make of vehicle or this dealership to my worst enemy. The service department is the worst I have ever experienced.
Service Department Avoid If the Service Managaer doesn't detect the problem you described the car is then deemed safe to drive. Nissan must be padding their pockets for every warranty claim this service Manager turns away. Avoid Barrie Nissan at all cost!
Horrible horrible experience A horrible experience right from the start. Dawn was absolutely horrible. Steve (sales) just wanted the sale for the commission. I never received a follow-up call to see how was the car...nothing. In this dealership nobody works in sync as a team. The right hand never knows what the left is doing. Be wary of Doug Ross and crew I've never had a problem with Nissan until I unfortunately delt with Barrie Nissan which has been nothing but a problem since the time I walked in the door. Their refusal to deal with you after you have given them your business is legendary. In all my car buying experience this is by far the worst and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Don't buy a Micra or do business with Barrie Nissan Dealership refuses to acknowledge and address issues with the vehicle and now won't even return my calls. Service Manager claims it's in their best interest to fix the car issue as its covered by warranty but then tells me he sees nothing wrong with it. Plausible deniability with this dealership and I have filed a complaint against them with Nissan Canada, I would strongly advise not buying a car from Barrie Nissan.
Very shady dealer This dealer will lie, cheat and steal to get your money with a complete disregard to the customer. They are doing the Nissan name a disservice & shouldn't be allowed to be a dealer. Stay away from Barrie Nissan at all costs.
