Exceeding expectations! The entire Barrie Nissan team from Beth in sales to Stacey & Joeseph in service have always gone above and beyond. Beth was a pleasure to deal with and helped us select the right vehicle and negotiated a great deal. Our first service visit they treated us like family and . We shopped around and they beat Newmarket, Orangeville and Orillia. Go see Barrie for the best deal and friendliest staff.
When we moved from Mississauga, after over 10-years dealing with Woodchester Nissan, we decided to have our two Nissans (1999 & 2005) serviced locally. WORST PLACE EVER, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Went to look and purchase a 2017 Nissan Rogue, went in with 2 people, I took it for a test drive, told the salesman Zach that the car was “high tech” I was driving a civic for 20 years. I expressed my concerns about buying an SUV that had any recall on it, the assured me that the recall items were fixed, he also assured me that all problems with the vehicle was fixed. Worst experience in over 40 years for service, service repair and warranty work. Sales Lady was excellent. Any issues after the sale; GOOD LUCK, you are on your own! Hindsight - buy in Newmarket, Orillia or Midland. There is no rating low enough on your form. Beth the sales person is the only good thing about this dealership. You could buy from Beth, BUT, do not take your car here for service.

Worst experience ever for sales service, service repair and warranty. Very poor quality product lacking service. Refuse to stand behind product warrant, while other dealers do.

Wasn’t too pleased with my experience, Scratches in interior of new car. Only focus is sales, once they get that commission it’s game over trying to finally get the car in your hands. Little confused how financing is cheaper than leasing and I wasn’t approved for leasing but approved for financing? I don’t think this has to do with staff but business at Nissan in general. No deals were thrown in

Potential Car Purchase Myself and family have purchased 2 vehicles from Barrie Nissan in the past. Sadly, I did not have the best experience this time around in a potential purchase from Barrie Nissan. However, I do commend the General Sales Manager Doug Buchanan for contacting me to listen to my concerns. I would still recommend Barrie Nissan, and highly recommend purchasing a Nissan product.
