Over filling engine oil. Will be writing a letter of length about this for Nissan Canada to read. Short of the long, took my Nissan micra in for its first oil change June 2019. It was complementary. Experience was good. Checked the level a few days later in the morning before starting it and it was over the maximum level. Drained 1 litre of oil out to bring it back just below the maximum level. Two years ago, I bought a Rouge For more than 30 years I have been loyal to Nissan. However, in November 2017 I bought a Rouge Nissan in this dealership and I still have nightmares. The whole transaction was based on 89lies. One of them, was that they offerd me a gift card for $250 (for black Friday). They never give it to me. I gave up, after four months of receving excuses. Finally The salesman and the sales manager resigned and the administration was totally useless.

Switch and Bait Dishonesty When I bought my Rogue from this dealer in 2017 I was talked into buying a rust inhibitor module by the salesman. He said the device would negatively charge the vehicle and keep rust from adhering to it. I was skeptical but he convinced me it would be better for the environment (no oil to pollute the environment) and better for the integrity of my car's body (no holes drilled in it to apply the oil undercoating) I paid $540 for this module. Con artist After taking almost 1000 from me to fix transmission, they told me the couple says latter i have to replace the transmission for almost 6000. I cant wait to get rid of nissan unfortunately i have 3 of them. Avoid this dealership by all means
scam artists This review is a warning to customers..... Barrie Nissans poor customer service lack of knowledge and being scammed not once but multiple times at this dealership. The staff are rude and incapable of offering customer service. Rude and unattentive! This dealership is run by a bunch of fast talking car sales dealers. Their GM is the worst and basically a clown running a circus. Save your money, drive a little south into the city and you will save money and will be treated much better. I am guessing because of the lack of volume of sales here they are just greedy and they are making a fool of people. I saved $1500 just by going to Toronto and also had more options in colours and also got my car a lot faster.

Deplorable Dealership Until Doug Ross is no longer running this place and the Service Manager has been run out of the industry I highly recommend not dealing with Barrie Nissan.,
Worst Experience By Far! My wife and I were in the market for a 7 passenger SUV. After visiting 2 competitor showrooms we decided to look into the Pathfinder and visited Barrie Nissan. The atmosphere was fine (initially) , we were greeted by the receptionist with a smile, we loved the Pathfinder and decided to make a deal. It went all down hill after that.
