worst car dealership Avenue sold me damaged repainted car as a new. I don't feel safe driving it with my family, who knows what else is fixed, as paint is done very poorly. Now they don't even return my call or email.
Not respecting or honoring contract agreements I signed a contract on December 12th, 2015 with Avenue Nissan to buy a new Nissan Rogue to be delivered within two weeks as they didn't have any in stock. After many back and forth emails, they cancelled the agreement and returned the advance payment. From my experience with them, I believe got they are unreliable, don't honour contract agreements and just give fake smiles to attract customers with no intention to keep their commitments!!!!
overly fake friendly and unable to solve any problems Took pathfinder in for common problem. They were unable to replicate so could not seem to solve it. I spoke to technician who had no idea what might be causing this (seemingly) common problem. Also drink holder had come out and I asked them to replace. They couldn't figure this out either. Also stood waiting in -20+ temps for the courtesy shuttle for 30 mins. All the while calling me ma'am and smiling. Cost for $130 for nothing. Will never go back!
