I am totally satisfied with the service department at this location, the staff is competent and they do all I ask but if you want an overall rating of the dealership I was not at all satisfied with the treatment I received from both manager and finance manager after my purchase and have said this in the past. My issues were resolved finally but I still feel put out as no apology was ever given. So service is fabulous sales guy ok but management not so good
It’s the worst service department, bad service with incredible labor changes and unaccounted behaviors and attitude, as others said, they are perfect dealer tell you buy the vehicle.
Service Department re-nags on warranties and blames customer Purchasing from Avenue Nissan is seemingly great — until you own the vehicle. In four years and 85,000 km of owning my rogue: - the vehicle has been in for service 14 times, averaging once every ~6,000 kms. Including six visits to “Nissan trainer mechanics” at two dealerships. - the sunroof has squeaked since day 1, and the amount of recalls — for the airbags, the CVT transmission. Poor Experience We were beginning to think that the Nissan brand was one to be avoided. Every time we brought our five year old vehicle in for regular maintenance (such as for an oil change), Avenue Nissan identified a variety of repairs that "needed to be done" at a cost of at least a thousand dollars. After we received the most recent repair estimate from Avenue Nissan, we decided to bring our vehicle to another mechanic for a second opinion. Complete Scam I came in for a safety inspection. I have a fairly new car (50,000km) and I have just had a service done on it. I thought that the safety inspection would pass easily. After inspecting my car they said I need $3000 in repairs to pass safety. I have a Nissan Versa Note. $3000 is 1/4 of its worth. The next day I went to another mechanic who said that there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car and that it is safe to drive. Very Poor Customer Service Had a scheduled appointment for 9am for a test drive. Kept waiting for over an hour. Sales guy finally greeted me, photocopied my licence then couldn't find the car I was to test. Found out it was sold 2 days earlier. Excuse? His first week on the job. Sales Manager made me feel like it was all my fault because I didn't come in earlier. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Poor service & will take advantage of whoever they can I received ridiculously poor service on my first and only visit to this dealership. From the other reviews, it seems like this place is a hit and miss; I think this is because they try to take advantage of whomever they think they can. Awful I told the dealership what time I was coming in to pick up the car. After 2 hours of waiting (not inluding paperwork) they were still cleaning it. When I finally got my car the trunk wouldn't close and it had to go back into service so had to wait again for them to fix it. I would recommend going elsewhere
Cash-Grab Service Practices The service advisor was well-spoken and clear, and on the day of the service, seemed to provide exceptional service. However, once I double-checked the service manual included with my vehicle after the service was performed, I found 2 major issues.
