Came for an oil change Excellent service all around. People are always friendly, and listen well to the customer's concerns. Eric provided great service ! We mentioned that we had a shadow on one of the backup cameras, and he immediately grabbed a cloth and came out to the lot to show where the cameras were located, and he wiped all of them off.
Avenue Nissan has always provided quality service and addresses any concerns quickly. When in for service they are happy to provide shuttle service for their clients.
Always reliable The staff in the service department are always reliable. They give accurate estimates of the anticipated time to wait until your vehicle is assessed, and then for the time to complete the repairs. They are friendly and always customer-focused.
fast service, clear communication My experiences here have only been good. I have brought my leased car for service twice. Both times, all services were made clear, including price estimates. I was able to defer some services until the next time if desired.
Very Thorough The maintenance department was extremely thorough, quick, professional and the follow up discussion was forthright and candid. I won't hesitate to become a regular.
Great service experience Paul Maliakal took great care of me this morning. He promised that my car would be ready within 2 hours. After one hour, he called me and said my car was ready.
