Overall Service Review Service time told it would take was done and no waiting upon return to pick up. Staff are friendly and helpful which is why I rate it 4 stars. Price quoted was exact with no surprises, the only Issue is ( no fault of the service reps but dealership) when your vehicle is under warranty you are obliged to visit with their shop prices for overall cost which is considerably higher then visiting any non dealer mechanic or garage for same service. Appreciate the service. Thanks to the service staff for coming to work during this uncertain time and getting my 2015 Altima "summer ready". All work done all awhile maintaining social distancing. Great Job.
Friendly, efficient and thorough in troubleshooting In spite of the Covid-19 crisis, the service staff maintained a friendly and helpful customer experience while maintaining safe social distance. The techs found and fixed a problem that could have been serious in the future. Careful and thorough.
Big help in difficult time. My Nissan Altima 09 suddenly stopped working. I found out it's steering lock issue and only Nissan dealers have the part. I made many calls, all dealers in Vaughan are closed due to Covid-19. Avenue Nissan is the only one partially open, The lady in service department is very nice and let me bring the car in. They fixed it in couple days. I really appreciate their service, especially in current difficult time.
Winter tires changed to summer tires Easy to make an appointment. Friendly reception. Service advisers knew their stuff. Efficient check out process. Nice to know what service I will need in the future. Only concern is cost. Seems to be higher than other alternatives.
Super Friendly They were prompt, friendly and ready to explain everything. Even gave discounts on my unexpectedly high service bill and explained the reasons behind what was done.
So easy I’ve been buying my cars and having them serviced here for about 20 years. Took my 2008 Versa in today for a needed maintenance and as always, I was greeted with a smile. . Sat in the very comfortable lounge area watching the news and drinking some tea while the professionals worked on my car. And it was ready is record time. I like dealing with Avenue Nissan and will continue to do so.
I have always received excellent service from Avenue Nissan! I made an appointment for service, and my Assistant Service Manager, Antonio Locche, was wonderful. He kept me apprised as my car was being serviced, and the service was done quickly and efficiently. I was quite comfortable in the service area where I waited for my car. I have been an Avenue Nissan customer for many years, and always enjoyed the experience.
The people in the service department are outstanding! They are polite, friendly and exceedingly accommodating. I have had a fabulous experience for four years now with my Nissan LEAF purchased at Avenue Nissan in 2016.
