I have dealt with Yorkdale Toyota for the last 4 years. I found Remie Dullard to be professional, helpful and willing to go out of his way to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Anisha Sheth in the service department was also extremely helpful. She ensured that my problem was taken care of in a timely manner and checked to make sure that it was covered under my warrenty. She treated me as a valued customer which makes me want to return to Yordale Toyota to service my car.
5 stars for my service advisor Mark Butihen. I appreciate his guidance and help in my car repair. He was not pushy and he was able to explain each of the recommendations for the benefit and safety of my family. If youre going to have your car checked, please look for him.
