Third time buying a vehicle from Whitby Toyota. Rashid Lorgat assisted with the last two vehicle purchases. Rashid definitely goes the extra mile! He is very responsive, extremely helpful and trustworthy. Great customer service every time!

The dealership is just too busy, employees herd you around like livestock animals especially when your dropping your vehicle off. The employees are friendly enough however the personal feeling and Customer respect is not there. Maybe I’m old school or just getting old but I don’t get that fuzzy feeling inside that makes me want to come back to Whitby Toyota.( unless I have to ) I own 2 Toyota vehicles the second one not purchased at Whitby for the reasons mentioned above.
