Bandula was more than wonderful to work with. We did a lot of research and called many dealerships and he gave us the best price. He was very quick to get back to us and was very knowledgeable. When our car arrived he took the time to show us many of the features of our new car. Always pleasant. Would highly recommend Bandula to anyone.
I was cheerfully greeted and helped by Gordy who logged my car details for my appointment. I was then speaking with Jay one of the service advisors who addressed my questions and concerns . I recommend this dealership if you are dealing with Tony Khoury and Richard Alam. The rest that I encountered are rude and unprofessional never cared about customers. Business Manager was a bully on the phone. The parts attendant was very rude to Tony showing his attitude in front of us. I do not know if he is having personal problems should not bring it at work.
