I find your Dealership very accommodating to our needs. We just show up, no appointment for whatever reason and there is always somebody trying to help us that is Service.
I've been dealing with Whitby Toyota for 13 years. I have always received excellent service from the service centre. They did an excellent job throughout the pandemic re health and safety. I just purchased a used vehicle and Andrew was wonderful at explaining everything and answering questions and getting things done quickly.

This dealership is professional and friendly, I have been coming to this location for over 20 years.
Overall had excellent customer service and never felt pressured to purchase. However, the dealership had limited parking spaces reserved for customers wanting to talk to the sales department. When purchasing a new/used car customers shouldn't have to look for a parking space. Looking forward to a positive relationship with the sales rep and the dealership in the future.
Very clean establishment. The staff are very helpful. Unfortunately there is a market adjustment fee but you are offered piece of mind protection tire and key warranty to make it easier to swallow. I just wish this was a negotiable price. However, I didn't have to wait long for my new 2023 Corolla Hybrid which almost makes up for the market adjustment fee. Overall I would still recommend this dealership.
Love my new car. Bandula was excellent finding my vehicle quickly even though there was a two year wait time! Very friendly and informative.

Professional check, communication and work. Everything is perfect except the price which is a little bit higher than what I find in other workshop (replacing the alternator)
