It is almost boring to say that the usual friendliness, attention for detail in customer handling and and in servicing my vehicles, keeps me going to this, now far from my place dealership for service.

We had a fabulous experience! Laurie Shong our salesman was referred to us from Judy Bigham. Laurie was honest, super helpful and didn't push us at all. He kept everything light with humor. Everything went like clockwork, as always! My car was punctually taken for its service, and punctually ready for me. I'm sorry I cannot name the employees at the desk or in the shop, but you will surely get that from your work order. I do know, however, that neither of them was Linda Leo, as shown in your survey outline -- since she has not been with you for some time!! (Or was she hiding somewhere?!?)
