We had bought our first Toyota,a 2003 Matrix back in 2005 and it recently suddenly died..So we found ourselves without a vehicle on a Sunday,late afternoon.Fortunatly amd Ironically, the staff remembered us and the matrix we had purchased back then in 2005.. This was deffinatly a plus ,under the stressful situation we faced ourselves..
