Hi! Came in for oil change and a concern about a bad odor in my car. Steve at the desk was pleasant and helpful. Car's cabin filter was changed as was the oil, and the inside floor mats were washed. Appreciated the outside complimentary car wash. Anyways whatever was causing the odor (and it was bad) is gone thank goodness.

Randy, the general manager and Kalim, the assistant manager are able to find me a replacement of a car which is write off in a traffic accident. Their support and patient give me a lot of support and they able to keep me up to date of locating my car. They also advised me how to maximize the chance of obtain a car sooner, by give them multiple color and model trim I can accept as my choice. It has been many years that I have been servicing (and buying) my vehicles at West Coast Toyota. This time I was there servicing my vehicle and as always, everybody was very accommodating and helpful. I always feel when I leave after the service appointment that my toyota is refreshed and very safe.
