Worse Dealership, Very unprofessional, dishonest. Although my car is covered under warranty, they charged me under false pretext to repair minor dislodged part. They are worse when comes to customer service, they are very rude and unpleasant to talk to.
This dealership doesn’t even deserve a one star!! Back in December I was in urgent need of a new vehicle. I was only interested in purchasing A Nissan Quashquai that was IN STOCK . After calling six dealerships, I spoke to Carly at this dealership who told me he had a white Quashquai ( my preferred colour) in Vancouver that he could get brought over to their dealership by beginning of January. I am currently having a terrible experience with Nissan Canada and this location. I just bought a 2021 Nissan Murano Platinum AWD with 90kms on it (from this location). The transmission went at 954kms!!!! (Jan 4). I have been bounced back and forth from customer care to the dealership. And let me not even get started on the dealership. Village Nissan. Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Their sales tactics are dishonest and they do not treat a customer with respect.
Used car manager was very rude! At first I did not think he was the manager as he was wearing what appeared to be jogging pants. They said all the right things to get me to the dealership and then when I got there they denied everything. Do not waste your time with this dealership
Poor customer service. Caught in their own lies. Warning to all not to go this dealership. They are all nice and friendly at the beginning and they will treat you like trash afterwards. Rip you off and constantly lying.
They Lie Lie Lie! Over the years I’ve bought many vehicles from several Dealerships but non have come close to the terrible level of dishonesty I experienced at Village Nissan. I would say it’s best to avoid this place.
Nissan called me to offer me a new car lease and take my 2017 leased vehicle back early with no penalty. Salesperson Andrew Ng Used high pressure sales tactics and promised “all in” car payments on a lease for a Nissan Kicks S. Andrew Ng LIED to me. The contract I signed did not reflect the verbal agreement that was agreed upon. This dealership is full of dishonest people and I am currently trying to get out of this deal. Warning: DO NOT BUY FROM VILLGE NISSAN.
Dealership lied to me and used pressure tactics for me to trade in my vehicle. The sales rep I was dealing with told me that my trade in would be posted on a online dealer website where thousands of dealers would bid on my vehicle. The next day village Nissan gave me a price for my trade in that was supposed to be from one of these dealers on this online website.
