Bad service and long waiting Waiting for 5 hours for diagnosing even I have booked an appointment. The technicians can’t find the real problems, and service person blame me didn’t tell the details, come on I am not the technician, but I said the CVT has issues, why you didn’t do effort to find out the CVT problem.
Service team will try to scam you!!!!!! Brought my car in for check up because it was getting vibrations when going over 120kph on the highway. I thought it might just been the wheels since I just changed to my winter tires, but they told me my rear propeller shaft joint is seized so it causing the back wheel to go off balance, so I need to change the shaft to a new one. They try to force the customers to get loan at high rate through them. once I paid in full they unlawfully cashed incidental on my credit card. once I reported than their CFO said it is a misunderstanding. My advise to every one if you purchase a car there you will regret later.

Stealership. AVOID Village Nissan Worst Nissan Dealership ever. They are Scammers, on the day of pick my car up they force me to pay $500.00 to get the car or they would not release it. After 5 year lease is done I wanted to buyout my car and out in the blue this dealership calls me and tells me that i have to pay $320 for late payment fee and was told there's no paper work. Stay away Negotiated 2 free oil changes upon sale. When I tried to claim the first, I didn't bring my 'coupon' and they woild not honour. Told them I was interested in buying a 2nd car (same year!) and this wan't leaving me with good first impresssion. Manager's reply, 'sorry'. Yep, they lost the sale of a new care because they would not give me my NEGOTIATED first free oil change because I forgot to bring a coupon. You've been warned
Rude and Unprofessional !! We came to look for Nissan Rogue and met with Allan. When we asked about accessories pricing, Allan said that accessories was handled by Finance department. We asked him to get a quote from the Finance department because we want to know our overall price. Instead of helping us, he told us to just go away. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL !!
