The service team could do a better job handling customer complaints/feedback. The service manager was not interested in hearing me out instead he gladly gave me my car back without fixing it after 3 hours at their lot.
Not very impressed. Tough to get a call back from the guy in the business office and sales would rather lease than sell. Cancelled my deposit cause I don’t feel confident about them.
Worst dealership ever. Customer service non existent. Everybody is a manager and an owner. No accountability

He mentioned you've had a hard time reaching the service department about some potential warranty work. We have had staffing issues and it's reflected on our response times which is unfortunate. Absolutely the worst service. We went to all the main dealers in town with cash in hand. This dealership had the worst service. We stood in the lot and in the main lobby watching all sales people eating, talking and otherwise too occupied to bother with our family. The service department is brutal. Understaffed, rude and forget that the customer speaks with their wallet. The manager is arrogant and disrespectful. Go somewhere else.
Worst experience ever. Purchased a $53,000. 2022 Rav4, 12 days later the hybrid completely shut down on hwy. Major components shutting down including brakes. Could have been fatal. Then stranded 8 days without a loaner vehicle. Dealership constanly made excuses as to why they couldn't do anything. This car was a lemon and so was the service.

Will not recommend this dealership (vernon b.c.) and that Toyota Canada didn't step in earlier or made any attempt in "satisfying the costomer" is deceitful.
I went in to purchase a new Tacoma and when I asked for a sales contract, I was told I wasn't going to receive one because I was going to use it to shop around and that I should go to Vancouver. I thought it was my right to shop around. Apparently not at this dealership.
I brought my vehicle in for regular service a week and half ago, found out some problems that were neglected by the Vernon team the last time I was in., which have led to some costly issues. I tried to speak to the Service Manager Grant Kitzman about it, and he said he would look into it and get back to me. It's been a week, and he still won't return my calls.
