I just purchased a 2023 Rav4 Hybrid and love it. Sales department was friendly and not pushy at all. I have dealt with service dept at this dealership for the past year and want to say the the two service advisors there are the Best! They put up with all my annoying questions and very helpful no matter how small the problem! If they can't answer my questions they will find someone that can. But they usually have the answers.
We have purchased 3 Toyota's from this dealership and service each of them here on the recommended schedule. Time after time we have been very pleased with the customer service that we have received and it is always a pleasant experience to work with their staff. We highly recommend this Toyota dealership and their service department. In our town we have a Toyota dealership but we choose to drive to Vernon Toyota instead. We'll be customers for life!

Excellent service! Great staff! They go above and beyond. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Had an oil change and the technician Rhett had found the serpentine belt cracked and in very poor condition which was replaced at the same time. For the same price as an oil change at quick lube or great Canadian oil, I had a certified technician service and perform a variety of checks on my vehicle which gives me piece of mind. Thanks Toyota and Rhett! I will be back!
